Sounds like a Friday night, not a call center.

Our voice is built for restaurants: warm, quick and easy to understand over a busy line. It pauses, reacts and keeps the conversation moving the way a good host does.

Turn on the dinner rush to hear it with a real dining room behind it.

Questions owners ask.

Will guests know they’re talking to AI?

Yes. Syrp introduces itself as your restaurant’s virtual host, an AI, at the start of every call, so guests always know who they’re speaking with. Most simply get on with their order.

Does Syrp replace my staff?

No. Syrp takes the calls that pull your team away from guests in the room, especially during a rush. Anyone on your team can listen in or take over at any time.

Which POS systems does it work with?

Syrp works with Lightspeed, Square, Toast, TouchBistro and Clover, and sends every order straight to your POS. Using something else? Tell us which one and we’ll look at connecting it.

Who pays for the rewards?

You decide which items guests can redeem at your restaurant and what each one costs in points, so you always control what a reward is worth. Restaurants that join the network now also get founding partner pricing, up to 20% off their plan.

When is the drive-thru available?

Drive-thru follows phone ordering and needs speaker hardware installed in your lane. Our team is building and road-testing that hardware right now. Join the waitlist and you’ll be among the first to hear when installs open in your area.

How much does Syrp cost?

Plans start at $165 a month, or $90 a month billed yearly, in Canadian dollars. Founding partners who join the Syrp Points network save up to 20%. See every plan in the pricing section above.
